We offer Artist Studios in a professional working environment, with secure individual studios, 24 hour access and a great view of our ever-changing Albuquerque horizon.
Due to our new expansion, we have five spaces coming available by mid-end of September.
Studio #1 is 10 x 20 ft. (200 sq. ft.) with high ceiling and tall windows. Deposit for this space is $250 and rent is $350 per month.
Studio #2 is 10 x 19 ft. (190 sq. ft.) with 180 degrees of windows, lots of natural light! Deposit is $250 and rent is $350 per month.UPDATE: RENTED
Studio #6 is 10 x 10 ft. (100 sq. ft.) with one west facing window. Deposit is $200 and rent is $200 per month.
Studio #7 is an odd shaped space 9 x 10 ft. with an additional 5 x 5 ft alcove, also one west facing window. Deposit is $200 and rent is $225 per month.
Studio #11 is 10 x 20 ft. with no outside windows, but it does have an interior window and glass doors(with curtains). Deposit is $200 and rent is $300 per month.
All spaces come with central heat & refrigerated air, free wifi, an upscale reception area, nice restrooms, parking, a communal kitchenette, access to an excellent classroom / mini show space, and countless other perks, including open studio nights, courtyard shows, and more. There is plenty of free parking too! We are expanding at the beginning of October to include a dedicated gallery space and larger classroom available for rent by the hour, day, or week.
We are an artist-run studio space and active community of artists devoted to making Chroma a cool place to be. Teach classes in our conference room, participate in shows and special events in our professional working environment.
