We have two locations, downtown on the NE corner of 1st street and Roma, and near UNM on Central just west of University. There are a variety of spaces and rents, totally secure with 24/7 access, central heat and air, FREE wifi, & downtown is ADA compliant with ramps and an elevator, although there is no natural light(downtown). There is a gallery space, performance space, classroom and lots of extras. One of the benefits of renting studio space from Chroma is that you get free use of our classroom and performance space. We are not only a traditional artist space, we are open to writers, poets, teachers, photographers, architects, graphic designers, film makers, musicians and any creative field really! Chroma Studios Gallery was just named the “Best New Business” in downtown Albuquerque at the annual LOOK awards!

Studios Available Downtown;

Studio #8: 13.5 x 21.5′, $400 per month, $400 deposit/last month’s rent.

Studio #13: 10.5 x 11.5′, $210 per month, $210 deposit/last month’s rent.

Studios available at the Central location;

Studio #7: 10 x 11′ w/ 5×5′ alcove, west facing window, $225 per month, $225 deposit/last month’s rent.

Studio #9: 9 x 13′, South facing window. $225 per month, $225 deposit/last month’s rent.

Studio #11: 10 x 20′, No windows. $300 per month, $300 deposit/last month’s rent.
